Additionally, candidates should have proven success in senior leadership roles, with 15- 20 years of experience in construction operations management, and five years serving as the senior leader of a $250M construction business. Strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to drive business performance and growth are critical. Familiarity and experience with an employee-owned company and an ESOP a plus.
