Chief Medical Officer directs the staff and develops policies for the organization's clinical programs. Works closely with hospital staff, department directors, and physicians to ensure that the highest standards of quality and service are maintained. Being a Chief Medical Officer oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations and standards. Evaluates developments and innovations in medical care and makes recommendations for new practices and procedures. Additionally, Chief Medical Officer advises CEO and medical teams on matters impacting patient care. Requires a MD. Requires State License to Practice Medicine. Typically reports to top management. The Chief Medical Officer manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and providing ongoing support and guidance.
    • Revenue Forecasting and Analytics: Develop and implement a robust revenue forecasting system leveraging data analytics and market insights.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Implement successful CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Team Building and Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the sales team. Foster a culture of performance, teamwork, and accountability, driving continuous improvement and professional growth.
    • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration and communication with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Strategic Vision: Develop growth strategies, monitor performance, and adjust expectations based on market dynamics and company performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, preferably in real estate development, property management, construction, or a demonstrated equivalent competency
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
    • Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations
    • Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, and partnerships
    • Inspiring and hands-on leadership style with demonstrated ability to align team's efforts with the overarching mission

    This role is based out of our Champaign, IL corporate office.
