Chief Medical Officer directs the staff and develops policies for the organization's clinical programs. Works closely with hospital staff, department directors, and physicians to ensure that the highest standards of quality and service are maintained. Being a Chief Medical Officer oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations and standards. Evaluates developments and innovations in medical care and makes recommendations for new practices and procedures. Additionally, Chief Medical Officer advises CEO and medical teams on matters impacting patient care. Requires a MD. Requires State License to Practice Medicine. Typically reports to top management. The Chief Medical Officer manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact.     What will you do as the CMO at Etna Interactive?  

    At a high level, the CMO has the following responsibilities:  

    • Develops and communicates the agency's growth vision, providing strategic direction to Marketing, Client Success, Project Management, and Product Development teams.
    • Collaborates with the Client Success (CS) department to ensure client satisfaction, overseeing account strategies, fostering strong client relationships and guiding client retention and account growth.
    • Works closely with the Marketing department to define and implement effective strategies aligned with agency goals and market trends.
    • Supervises the Senior Operations Manager and guides management of change across the organization. Ensures customer satisfaction and company financial success by mastering project delivery and fostering collaboration between teams.
    • Oversees Product Development to help create and improve innovative digital marketing products and services aligned with client and marketplace needs.
    • Drives revenue growth through effective lead generation, client growth and retention, and product innovation.
    • Builds and leads high-performing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture while providing mentorship.
    • Utilizes data analytics to measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, client success initiatives, and project outcomes.
    • Identifies and mitigates potential risks related to client relationships, project delivery, and market changes, implementing effective risk management strategies.
    • Cultivates expertise in the industries and marketing channels we serve and guides expression of Etna’s thought leadership in the public marketplace.

    Salary:  

    The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily the candidate's level of experience and qualifications. At Etna Interactive, we strive to offer competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards and reflect the value of the skills and expertise that candidates bring to the table. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, educational background, demonstrated skills and abilities, and the specific requirements of the position.
