Job Highlights

We are actively seeking a dynamic Chief CRNA to lead our team of 35 highly skilled CRNAs. This pivotal role combines clinical expertise with administrative responsibilities. As a Chief CRNA, you will oversee day-to-day staffing, operations, and vacation scheduling, while also managing a team of site leads.  Reporting directly to practice leadership, this position serves as the cornerstone for the CRNA team's growth and leadership development.

You will get the opportunity to work at one of our outstanding facilities: HCA Sunrise Hospital, HCA Mountainview Hospital, Dignity Siena Hospital, Dignity San Martin Hospital, UHS Summerlin Hospital, UHS Henderson Hospital, and several ASCs in town. Our unwavering commitment is to elevate the patient experience while continually advancing clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist's must meet state licensure requirements.

• • • Prior leadership experience preferred
    • Holds current state licensure or eligible to be licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Nevada and complies with any applicable state statutory or regulatory requirements concerning advanced practice registered nursing.
    • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. (Students are welcome to apply-acceptable to be in certification process)
    • Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by this institution or state.
