UnityPoint Health – Allen Hospital is a 204-bed, not-for-profit community hospital serving the Cedar Valley. Allen Hospital is the busiest hospital in the Cedar Valley. We care for more inpatients, outpatients, emergency patients and cardiac patients than any other hospital in our 10-county service area. • Join a collaborative and experienced team of Anesthesiologist and CRNA
• Two locations- UPH Allen Hospital & Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Quality of life and rewarding work
• Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
• Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community
• Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
• 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients
• Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

• Cover a variety of cases including general, urology, neurosurgery, ortho, podiatry, and OB as well as out of the OR procedures
• Work independently with Physician back up
• No heart, tight-knit group and work hospital and Ambulatory surgical center
• Post 1^st call off
• Shared call amongst the providers and Triaged through MyNurse
• Practice is a mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• General family medicine procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, casting, etc.
• Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

• NBCRNA required
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of State
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the CRNA's field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
