    Position Summary:

    The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at FairOfferCashNow will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction, operational efficiency, and overall growth. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day administrative and operational functions, ensuring the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s strategic plans and policies. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing insights on operational efficiency, business growth, and market expansion.
    • Operational Management: Oversee the company’s operational processes and procedures, ensuring they are efficient and effective. Implement new processes and technologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
    • Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing operational team capable of achieving the company's objectives. Establish performance metrics and ensure team members have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
    • Financial Oversight: Work closely with the CFO to monitor the company’s financial performance. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact the company’s growth and stability. Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors. Represent the company in negotiations and at public events.
    • Innovation and Growth: Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the company. Explore new business opportunities and lead the company’s expansion efforts into new markets.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior operational role, preferably within the real estate investment sector or a related industry.
    • Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
    • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
    • Prior experience growing a startup company significantly.
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
    • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
