Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop strategic plans and set goals for the company. Translate strategies into actionable initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
• Operations Management: Direct and oversee day-to-day operations of various departments, including but not limited to production, supply chain, customer service, and administration. Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to meet organizational goals.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices and initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Financial Oversight: Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize resource allocation. Ensure financial stability and accountability throughout the organization.
• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to department heads and managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Mentor and develop talent within the organization.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational effectiveness. Regularly assess performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies. Represent the company in external meetings and events.
• Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth or transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or similar leadership role in a large organization.
• Strong background in operational management, business development, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and implement process improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
