Chief Radiologic Technologist oversees radiologic services, maintains technical aspects of radiologic safety and evaluates accuracy and quality of X-rays. Schedules work assignments and coordinates requests for radiologic services. Being a Chief Radiologic Technologist recommends new equipment, equipment modification, and crucial construction within the department. May perform duties of radiologic technologist as needed. Additionally, Chief Radiologic Technologist requires an associate degree in radiology. Requires American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - (R). Typically requires State License based on Clinical Specialty. Typically reports to a manager or director. The Chief Radiologic Technologist manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chief Radiologic Technologist typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We’re looking for a full-time Radiologic Technologist to perform X-Ray exams at a primary care practice located in Downey, CA. You will be joining a well-established, forward-thinking practice that is expanding its diagnostic service offerings to include X-Rays. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and an excellent communicator.

    Position Details:

    • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST
    • No night or weekend coverage and no call requirements!

    As a Radiologic Technologist, you will:

    • Perform digital x-ray studies independently
    • Perform all required QC testing and data entry
    • Assist patients from check-in through exam completion and provide patients with white glove, compassionate service
