Chief Radiologic Technologist oversees radiologic services, maintains technical aspects of radiologic safety and evaluates accuracy and quality of X-rays. Schedules work assignments and coordinates requests for radiologic services. Being a Chief Radiologic Technologist recommends new equipment, equipment modification, and crucial construction within the department. May perform duties of radiologic technologist as needed. Additionally, Chief Radiologic Technologist requires an associate degree in radiology. Requires American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - (R). Typically requires State License based on Clinical Specialty. Typically reports to a manager or director. The Chief Radiologic Technologist manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chief Radiologic Technologist typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. HINESVILLE, LIBERTY COUNTY, GA
APPRAISER III - (required) - APPRAISER IV – (preferred)

Successful candidate will be, minimally, a Georgia Department of Revenue Certified Level III Appraiser or possess a Master’s degree in a course of study related to the occupational field.
Candidates must also possess and maintain the following:
1) Be at least 21 years of age
2) A valid Georgia Driver’s license
3) A minimum of five years’ experience combined with education in a
management/supervisory role
4) Ability to handle all job responsibilities, to include, but not limited
to, field work, data collection and interpretation, coupled with
strong computer skills
5) Strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to relate to staff
members, taxpayers, the public, and any other governmental or
constitutional officers
6) A vast, but full understanding of all aspects of the appraisal process
