Basic Function:
The Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading and overseeing organizational changes aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. The CTO develops and implements strategies to drive digital transformation, culture change, process optimization, and innovation; advancing our commitments to sustainability and diversity. The CTO fosters collaboration throughout the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure that the organization adapts to evolving market trends, patterns, and emerging technologies.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Innovation Leadership
- Participates in corporate strategic planning to incorporate comprehensive innovation strategies that align with Quality Insights’ mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Leads organizational change by focusing on driving value, pursuing innovation, overcoming barriers, and being a catalyst for effective change.
- Focuses on systems-thinking to reduce silos and align strengths across lines of business.
- Foster a Culture of Innovation
- Cultivates an organizational culture that values diversity in thinking and encourages creativity, experimentation, pushes boundaries, and challenges long-held assumptions and the status quo.
- Drives the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that enhance the innovative capabilities of the organization.
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Plans, develops, establishes, and oversees the diversity, equity, and inclusion program within the organization.
- Leads initiatives and implements processes to improve diversity efforts and overall organizational culture.
- Keeps fully informed on changes to applicable laws and regulations and periodically revises programs and efforts to continue a high level of organizational standards.
- Project and Portfolio Management
- Oversees the innovation pipeline, managing a balanced portfolio of projects that encompass both incremental and transformative innovations.
- Directs and coordinates multiple investment projects and oversees investment project teams, activities and resources, assuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively identifies, evaluates, and mitigates risks and issues, while overseeing and continually improving change resolution processes and strategies.
- Assures the company is successful in taking innovations to market and initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives, priorities, needs, and business goals.
- Business Development, Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Oversees and drives focus to new markets and business opportunities that increase our competitive position in the healthcare industry.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients to foster collaboration, co-create innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
- Serves as a spokesperson for Quality Insights, establishing the organization as a leader in healthcare quality improvement.
- Marketing and Communication:
- Oversees the development of marketing and communication strategies, products, and/or services.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct supervisory responsibility for the Director of Strategic Relationships and Director of Communications.

Minimum Education/Training Required:
A graduate degree in healthcare administration, strategy, leadership, technology, business, or management.
Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or a related field, with a significant focus on innovation and strategic development.
