The CEO will work closely with governance and physician leadership to provide a clear sense of direction in the areas of growth and strategic planning, clinical program planning and development, further expansion of ancillary and ambulatory operations, and the enhancement of administrative support services. S/he will be responsible for ensuring the necessary infrastructure to support continued growth in a manner that emphasizes enhanced patient-focused processes; establishing and communicating performance benchmarks; and guiding performance improvement activities across multiple geographically dispersed practice sites.
