Establishes technology standards and communicates technical information to the organization. Additionally, Chief Technology Officer typically requires an advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Typically reports to Chief Information Officer or Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Technology Officer manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills:

    A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.

    Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Wisconsin or equivalent.

    At least 8 years of comprehensive experience in engineering, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles encompassing project management and business development.

    Expertise in a wide range of civil engineering disciplines, such as water distribution, sewage collection, water resources, transportation, land development, and construction oversight.

    Proven track record in client engagement, business development, and negotiating contracts.

    A team player with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, deadline-oriented, and a willingness to contribute to a fun and productive work environment.
