We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Pluralsight. The ideal candidate will go beyond standard EA tasks, playing a key role in the planning and execution of recurring product and engineering off-site work-week sessions. This position involves close collaboration with the CTO, Chief Product Officer (CPO), and VP-level leaders in the Product and Engineering departments.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with team members at all levels.

• Experience in planning and coordinating large meetings or off-site events.

• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

• Manage and maintain the CTO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure smooth execution of recurring off-site work-week sessions for the Product and Engineering teams, including logistics, agenda setting, and materials preparation.

• Record key takeaways, decisions, and action items during meetings and follow up on their execution to ensure timely progress.

• Act as a liaison between the CTO, CPO, and VP-level leaders in Product and Engineering, facilitating efficient communication and project tracking.

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the CTO and executive leadership team.

• Experience in supporting Senior executives and leaders at SaaS Engineering companies

• High-level communication, writing, and time management skills

• Show resourcefulness and demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure

• Experience operating in a fast growing company; tech company experience preferred

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3 years with an advanced degree.
