International Control Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as an expert financial advisor with a proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and business development. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, identifying growth opportunities, and leading M & A initiatives. This position requires a hands-on leader with the ability to direct complex financial operations and strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Subject to the administrative approval of the President/CEO, and as a member of the Administrative and Management Team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plans, develops, implements, evaluates, and directs day to day activities of the financial operations of the agency. This includes but is not limited to assuring the functions of the Business Office and Management Information Specialist as a well-coordinated support to short- and long-range financial planning, management, and budgeting; financial data processing reporting operations; property control while meeting all applicable local, state and federal laws; licensure/certification/accreditation regulations and agency policies and procedures.
S/he will work to grow the market share and profitability of the businesses and will be responsible for the fiscal health of the companies.
