  • About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant who will be a critical thought partner, an execution lead on behalf of the Operations Executive for Global Lending Fulfillment within Wholesale Lending Operations. This role will be a part of the senior leadership team and will serve as a Chief of Staff, supporting the Head of Lending Fulfillment, the Lending Fulfillment leadership team, as well as the Wholesale Lending Operations function. In this role, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor and extension of senior leadership to drive performance and initiatives, communicate priorities and key deliverables, and develop presentations to key stakeholders and senior management. Support strategic and tactical communications for the leadership team Coordinate across Lending Fulfillment to develop top-down and bottoms-up communication and information needs Prepare formal presentations for the Business Management Executive and Head of Lending Fulfillment, including regular Town Halls, leadership meetings, and leadership offsites. Lead meetings, advisory councils, and cabinets (as appropriate) to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership. Partner with strategic partners including finance, HR, credit & risk management, marketing & communications, events, and technology. Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior leadership. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions. Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational. Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership. Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise. Drive the agenda and coordinate materials for the weekly Leadership Team meetings. Required Qualifications: 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: Prior experience and/or understanding of Commercial Banking fundamentals, including product and service capabilities, organizational structure and alignment, and internal process/systems/data. Extensive global business and transformation experience needed. Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals. Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes. Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management. Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnerships, promoting teamwork, and influencing others. Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus. Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and manage competing projects in a deadline-driven environment. Passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Significant prior experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills. Ability to present data and ideas in presentation form, including the ability to tell a story through words and pictures. Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions. Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment.
