Additionally, Chief of Staff may act as an advisor to the chief executive. May be responsible for the management of executive support staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to CEO or executive. The Chief of Staff manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU) RN to implement nursing care services for the LTC patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care.

    Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks (Temporary)
    Shift: 3x12 Nights

    Requirements:

    • AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
    • BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
    • Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families

    Responsibilities:
    • Administer medications and injections, take blood, prepare/insert IV lines
    • Monitor patient health and progress physically and mentally
    • Perform techniques of cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately and effectively
    • Maintain a high level of expertise in critical care
    • Maintain patient’s clinical records
    • Assist the physician in performing special procedures
    • All other responsibilities as needed
