Typically reports to CEO or executive. The Chief of Staff manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and goals.
    • Analyze market trends, healthcare policies, and industry changes to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

    Executive Support:

    • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and other executive leaders, providing support on critical issues and initiatives.
    • Manage and prioritize executive calendars, meetings, and communications to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

    Project Management:

    • Oversee and coordinate key healthcare projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables.

    Communication and Liaison:

    • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and various internal and external stakeholders.
    • Draft, review, and edit communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive team.

    Team Leadership:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative support team.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
