HOW YOU WOULD BE SPENDING YOUR TIME AS A CHIEF OF STAFF

The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a high-level executive who works closely with the CEO, executive team and/or other high-ranking officials within Willmeng. The CoS is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, overseeing and coordinating projects, and ensuring that the CEO's vision and goals are carried out effectively.

In a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, the CoS manages and executes priorities, and maximizes the time and energy of the executives, while providing research, strategic positioning, extended intellectual capacity, logistical support, and guidance. Ideally the CoS is the architect of the strategy which supports the CEO in reaching their personal and professional goals, making time, information, and decision processes more effective and efficient.

By synthesizing and streamlining the many demands that are currently placed on the CEO's time due to multiple responsibilities and competing priorities, the CoS is able to extend the capacity of the CEO. By tapping into the depth of the overall team's expertise they can enhance output with discretion, diplomacy, political acumen, and sophistication. While a CoS interacts with all levels within the organization, they often work behind the scenes to design and execute the plan that allows others to operate at peak performance. Peak performance is best achieved with the help and guidance of the right team.
