Being a Chief of Staff acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management and other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. Additionally, Chief of Staff may act as an advisor to the chief executive. May be responsible for the management of executive support staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to CEO or executive. The Chief of Staff manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Responsibilities:

    -Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Producer and artistic director, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

    - Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and vision.

    - Project Management: Oversee and manage key projects, events, and productions from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

    - Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows across departments.

    - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication between departments and collaborators to ensure a seamless flow of information and resources.

    - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    - Financial Oversight: Work closely with the finance department to monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

    - Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with events and productions, developing and implementing contingency plans as needed.

    - Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to enhance the company's reputation and drive business growth.

    Qualifications:

    - Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative role.

    - Background in events, production, or entertainment industry is highly desirable.

    - Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

    - Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.

    - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

    - Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

    - Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

    - Financial acumen with experience in budget management.

    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, the Arts or a related field.
