Chief of Staff plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization's President, CEO or other executive. Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making. Being a Chief of Staff acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management and other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. Additionally, Chief of Staff may act as an advisor to the chief executive. May be responsible for the management of executive support staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to CEO or executive. The Chief of Staff manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. CHIEF APPRAISER POSITION
HINESVILLE, LIBERTY COUNTY, GA
APPRAISER III - (required) - APPRAISER IV – (preferred)

Successful candidate will be, minimally, a Georgia Department of Revenue Certified Level III Appraiser or possess a Master’s degree in a course of study related to the occupational field.
Candidates must also possess and maintain the following:
1) Be at least 21 years of age
2) A valid Georgia Driver’s license
3) A minimum of five years’ experience combined with education in a
management/supervisory role
4) Ability to handle all job responsibilities, to include, but not limited
to, field work, data collection and interpretation, coupled with
strong computer skills
5) Strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to relate to staff
members, taxpayers, the public, and any other governmental or
constitutional officers
6) A vast, but full understanding of all aspects of the appraisal process
