The Junior Chief of Staff will be a key extension of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will support the work of the CEO, fully leverage the CEO’s time & focus, lead projects, attend meetings with the CEO, assist as requested in the development of materials, processes, presentations and organizational needs of Zone·tv. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
This position is accountable for the following:
· Build and lead the daily operations of the office of the CEO.
· Act as an extension of the CEO as an informational funnel, filter, and facilitator with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Act as one point of contact for the CEO, triage incoming requests for the CEO’s time, and ensure that the CEO’s calendar is aligned with the priorities of the organization.
· Build and run cadence for internal and external meetings, including material creation, distribution, and follow-up.
· Track high-priority initiatives for the CEO to identify any potential obstacles.
· Lead/facilitate special projects and ensure action items are executed on behalf of the CEO.
· Serve as a tactical and operational partner to the CEO, standing in on meetings and following up on action items accordingly.
· Manage key relationships and build a process to track and nurture key customers and stakeholders.
· Promote cross-functional communication and collaboration with other BCI portfolio companies.
· Provide administrative/tactical support regarding calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting and data entry & analysis.
· Follow and enforce the Company’s policies and procedures, including the EEO guidelines and safety, at all times.
· Perform any miscellaneous department duties as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS
· This position is a full time non-exempt position. The regular work hours are typically 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. These hours will vary to accommodate the needs of the department.
· Overtime is required and must be approved in advance by the supervisor.
· This position works in an automated business office environment with business office equipment including telephones, personal computers, copy machines and FAX equipment.
· This position is required to drive on the job as needed and is subject to regular MVR checks. He/she must maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record the meets Company standards for an insurable driver at all times. Any time these conditions are not met, he/she must not drive on the job and must immediately report it to their supervisor.
