Seeking Surgery Scheduler for local Plastic Surgery office with Office-Based Surgery Suite. Duties include coordinating the surgeon's schedule; scheduling consults, preop and follow-up appointments; managing surgical clearances; tracking all payments for surgery; handling general patient care and interdepartmental communications; all aspects of working creditor companies such as Care Credit, Patient Fi, etc. is required as well. Experience in advertising, social media and promotional events is a plus.
