• Must be available to work: Monday- Friday, hours vary but usually 8:00am/9:00am-5:00pm/6:00pm, and occasionally a Saturday 8:30am-1:00pm.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to satellite offices when needed

Key Responsibilities (including but limited to):

• Welcome and greet patients in a warm and friendly manner while also providing a professional and inviting atmosphere
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area ensuring it reflects our luxury standards.
• Collect/update patient information, medical history, and consent forms, and ensure accuracy of all details
• Collect payment for services, issue and redeem rewards points, discuss payment options
• Collaborate with the team and providers to ensure all schedules are up-to-date, appointments are being scheduled for the correct amount of time, the daily flow and delivery of services is seamless
• Anticipate and provide answers/solutions to patients regarding products, pricing, services, appointments, etc.
• Represent our brand and values with pride, integrity, and professionalism
• Assist in organizing promotions and special events
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels of skin care products
• Educate patients and discuss treatments and services offered at our practice
• Answer the phone with enthusiasm and the intent to be helpful and direct them to the appropriate person when needed
• Schedule patients appointments accurately, considering all factors, and accommodating both the patient and the provider
• The ability to address and de-escalate patient grievances, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism when necessary
• Meet or exceed patients' expectations while maintaining a professional and cheerful disposition
