Busy oral surgery practice seeking a full or part time oral surgery assistant. The successful candidate must be organized, energetic, motivated, positive attitude with good work ethic and ability to work in busy, demanding environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in general anesthesia, local procedures and consultations.
- Monitoring and recovery of patients.
- Taking x-rays and CT scans.
- Sterilize instruments/ set up surgical trays.
- Discuss pre and post operative care.
- Review patient medical history, obtain vital signs and xrays.
Prefer experience assisting in oral surgery but will consider training the right candidate.
