 Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of the Hotel's mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, and for the general maintenance and upkeep of the physical grounds, swimming pool, etc.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team. As the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our engineering operations. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:
- Fabricate, install, and maintain various mechanical systems and equipment
- Supervise and lead a team of engineers and technicians
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution
- Create and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in engineering technology

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industrial maintenance practices
- Excellent project management skills
- Solid understanding of mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience in facilities management is preferred
