The Assistant Director of Central Lutheran Church Child Care Center is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the Child Care Center, supporting the Center program and working with the Executive Director to implement and maintain the strategic direction of the organization. The Assistant Director will be expected to assist in the planning, supervising, and implementation of the program for child care in accordance with the policies and philosophies of the Central Lutheran Church Child Care Center, State of Minnesota, Department of Human Services Rule 3, Minnesota Department of Education, CACFP and Minnesota Department of Health in the best interests of the children and the Child Care Center.
