Heather's Day Care (HDC) is thrilled to announce multiple job openings at our new 5-star rated center in Van Wert, Ohio. We are seeking passionate, energetic, and creative individuals to fill the positions of Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Floaters.

About Us: HDC is a licensed 5-star center with Ohio's Step Up to Quality rating system. We pride ourselves on offering hands-on, play-based learning through our unique Learning Beyond Paper curriculum. Our reduced state ratios for age groups ensure that each child receives the attention and care they need to thrive.

Positions Available:

• Lead Teachers
• Assistant Teachers
• Floaters

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid high school diploma or GED
• Lead Teachers must have at least a CDA or higher
• Ability to pass all background checks
• Provide an updated work physical
• Sign a Non-Compete Agreement
• Agree to complete all necessary trainings on time
• Maintain a positive mindset

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
