```Duties```
- Develop and implement educational programs and activities for children in the child care center.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Supervise and support child care staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with parents and families to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions.
- Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, including scheduling, budgeting, and record keeping.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations and ensure a high standard of quality care.

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in child care or education administration.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with state licensing requirements for child care centers.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
