Eden Valley Care Center (EVCC) is looking for a candidate with strong leadership and interpersonal skills who is knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures in a skilled nursing setting

Education/ Licensure:
Graduate of approved RN Program and licensed by the State of CA
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Advanced education in principles of management as well as geriatrics/DON Certification
Experience/Skills:
Previous experience supervising as a DON, ADON or Nursing Manager
3-5 years’ experience in providing direct care in a SNF or LTC setting
Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care/Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitaion
