Child Care Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs the daily operations of a child care center in accordance with state licensing requirements and regulations. Administers recruiting and staffing processes. Being a Child Care Center Director (Hosp. Op.) provides training and professional development for staff. Oversees enrollment activities, communications, and events that foster positive relations with families and the community. Additionally, Child Care Center Director (Hosp. Op.) ensures that the activities and surroundings meet the needs of children and provide safety and security. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent. Depending on the location, may require a state specific director certification or a more general certification such as the Child Development Associate (CDA). Typically requires Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification. Typically reports to senior management. The Child Care Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Child Care Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Assistant child care teachers are required to assist the lead teacher in lesson planning, perform cleaning duties in the room and center, assist with care of children, diapering and feeding. Assistant teachers will also be required to actively engage with children and provide a safe, caring learning environment for children to actively participate in their own learning. We care for children ages 6 weeks-12 years old. Must love working with children of all ages and work well along side a lead teacher, assisting in any classroom duties.

    Those with child care degrees or certifications are preferred. Must be willing to jump in and get dirty when needed. Must have a great attitude and be willing to help out in areas not described in job responsibilities when needed. Must be comfortable describing a child's day to their parents.

    Employees work up to four, 10 hour shifts. Hours vary 6:00am-6pm M-F. We create a safe, nurturing environment where children 6 weeks-12 years old can play and learn.
