Child Life Program Director manages and directs pediatric programs, therapies, and activities among young patients. Evaluates programs and recommends changes to improve care for childhood hospitalizations or disabilities. Being a Child Life Program Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Child Life Program Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. This position provides oversight to the Child Welfare Programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and best practice requirements.
Annual Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00
$5,000 signing bonus- split between your first full paycheck and after your 1 year work anniversary with a signed agreement.

About Catholic Charities West Michigan
Catholic Charities West Michigan (CCWM) is a community-based agency providing programs in Western Michigan and offering a variety of services in family preservation, behavioral health, child welfare, and community outreach.
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Human Services is required. Masters in Human Services is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of five years working in the field of Human Services, Child Welfare experience preferred. Three (3) years of prior supervisory experience required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
None required, but a valid and current State of Michigan Social Work licensure is preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
