We are a childcare center that has been serving the Raeford area and surrounding communities for many years. We serve children ranging from birth to 12 years-old in a variety of programs. Our facility offers fulltime care in age-appropriate classroom settings to assist children in reaching milestones. Several classrooms include Infants, Toddler 1, Toddler 2, Preschool, Before and After School, and Summer Camp. We are seeking qualified individuals, who are self-starters, team building, creative, and strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with early childhood education standards and cater to the needs of individual students.
- Supervise and support a team of educators and staff members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements, including up-to-date certifications such as First Aid, CPR, and SIDS.
- Collaborate with parents and families to foster strong partnerships and ensure open communication regarding children's progress and well-being.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the child care center, making adjustments as needed to enhance the overall quality of care and education provided.
- Utilize higher education teaching skills to mentor and coach educators in best practices for early childhood education.
- Draw upon experience working with students to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes growth and development.
