Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee our child care center. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and have a strong background in education administration.

Duties:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children.
- Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality care and education for all children.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the child care center ensuring compliance, including budgeting, enrollment, and parent communication.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and community partners to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required; Bachelor'sdegree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in an childcare setting.
- Previous experience in higher education teaching or education administration is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Passion for educating young children and creating a supportive learning environment.
