The Clinical Director is responsible for the administration, planning, provision, and evaluation of all clinical services. Supervises all clinical staff, providing support, annual reviews, and identifying initial and on-going educational and training needs. Abides by and promotes established policies and procedures, agency objectives, performance improvement program, safety, environment of care, management of information and infection control standards. Serves as the agency’s compliance officer. Serves as a key member of the QAPI committee.

Functions under the general direction of and is responsible to the Chief Executive Officer. Supervises all clinical staff.
