Child Life Program Director manages and directs pediatric programs, therapies, and activities among young patients. Evaluates programs and recommends changes to improve care for childhood hospitalizations or disabilities. Being a Child Life Program Director requires a bachelor's degree. Responsible person 18 or older interested in working with small children. Duties include, caring for and maintaining a safe loving environment for students to grow and learn. Need to be able to pass a background check, and training for CPR and First Aid if you aren't already certified. Being able to work with small children from 0 to 5 years old, change diapers, help feed, and educate them. Some light cleaning is also involved in the job as well. Shifts range between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm Monday thru Friday,
