Job Overview:

Duties:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

- Understanding of all state requirements and ability to adhere to them at all times
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a supportive team environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Ability to educate and engage children through creative activities
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with students in an educational capacity
- Background in higher education teaching or education administration
