The Childbirth Educator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This position is 5 hours per day from 1:30-5:30. Work year follows the school district calendar. Paid sick leave, paid personal leave and six paid holidays. Additional workdays over winter, spring and summer breaks may be available. High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
Under supervision of the Preschool Supervisor and Preschool Instructor, the Preschool Assistant helps provide an education, quality child care and a safe environment for the children in the kids care program.Classes or degree in Early Childhood Education and/or prior successful experience working in a preschool or educational setting strongly preferred.
Must meet Oregon vaccine requirements for school personnel prior to start date.
