Overview:

We are seeking the best Previous Customer caller to join our team. As a previous customer caller, you will be responsible for calling prior customers, and setting appointments to promote our products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, a strong work ethic and ability to schedule appointments.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to prior customers to schedule appointments to demonstrate our products and services

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the benefits of our products

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

- Provide exceptional customer service

-Maintain a high level of professionalism and persistence in the face of objections, rejections, or setbacks

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers

- Self-motivated and results driven, with a strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve

-Resilience and persistence, with a strong ability to bounce back from rejection and maintain a positive attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals preferred

- Proven experience in prior customer sales or a related field like outbound calling preferred
