We have launched a door to door channel in Minneapolis and are going to leverage our established solar sales org to help this new team hit the ground running! As an Appointment Setter , you will be a critical member of the pack.

Primary Responsibilities

• Personally set appointments by overcoming objections
• Coordinate scheduling with the local Area Closing Manager and closing team
• Ensure weekly goals are consistently met
• Attend trainings and work to develop skills through tailored coaching
• Demonstrate extreme ownership over your assigned knocking area / territories
• Contribute to creating a positive and successful team culture

Qualifications

• Working nights and Saturdays is a must
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers is a must
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude in all situations is a must
• Previous sales experience is a must... various sales backgrounds will be considered
• Outside Sales experience is a plus
• Door-to-door sales experience is a plus
• Previous fundraising or B2C experience is a plus
• Proficiency with canvassing software or database / lead management is a plus

Example of a typical week in the life of an Appointment Setter

• Meetings / Training
• Monday & Thursday : 1pm - 2pm
• Field Work (In an assigned territory)
• Monday - Friday : 2pm - 8pm
• Saturday : 9am - 3pm
