Job Description: Appointment Setter

Salary range: $1600 - $4000 monthly

We are seeking a highly motivated and authentic individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients through warm and cold outreach introducing our transformational coaching services, scheduling appointments and completing all necessary follow up in order to nurture and ensure all appointments show up to their consultation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, excellent understanding of lead qualification and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a starting position with the intention to grow into a full sales role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 50 outbound calls to prospects that have gone cold to get them re-engaged in the process
• Extensive email outreach
• Take all incoming warm leads within 10 minutes of them coming in.
• Scheduling calls in the calendar when lead is not available during first call/contact
• Communicating effectively with sales team and upper level management at all times
• We are a completely international company so you will be handling time conversions between time zones on a daily basis
• Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
• Schedule appointments for our sales consultant with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for appointments scheduled (30 appointments booked weekly)

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales and cold calling
• Experience working remotely
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive demeanor
• Must have extensive experience with text messaging and email communication between leads, clients and co-workers
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Experience working in Google workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Google Meet, etc.)
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other productivity tools (Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus)
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $24.00 per year
