    Patriot Motors of Sturgeon Bay, WI is a full-service automotive dealership that sells and services Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chevrolet, Buick and Ford vehicles. We are BOOMING with BUSINESS and need to hire a BDC Manager to work in our dealership Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 5:00, to manage our Business Development team and respond to internet and telephone leads from people that want to sell their vehicle, schedule appointments to bring their vehicle to the dealership and more! Excellent training is provided! This is not a virtual/remote position.

    Responsibilities - BDC Manager, Appointment Setter:


    • Work in our beautiful dealership Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, to manage Business Development Agents and respond to internet and telephone leads from people that want to sell their vehicle, schedule appointments to bring their vehicle to the dealership and more.
    • Other duties may be assigned


    Qualifications - BDC Manager, Appointment Setter:


    • Automotive BDC, Call Center experience is a plus!
    • Good sales, communication, computer, and customer service skills
    • Self-motivated to succeed!
    • Work in our beautiful dealership Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
    • Professional, ethical, and respectful
    • Driver's license and good driving record
