Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced appointment setter. Call leads to schedule estimates for sales team. must Be confident. Not shy with following up with cuatomers. Calling chasing down appointments and over all courtesy and organized with taking phone calls and helping set the schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

PART TIME TO START WILL TURN TO FULL TIME plus bonus incentives

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support, including data entry, file management, and order entry
- Assist with office management tasks such as organizing schedules, maintaining supplies, and managing phone systems
- Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar role
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office management is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Norwich, CT 06360: Relocate before starting work (Required)
