The Concrete Finisher is in charge of ensuring that concrete surfaces are properly set up and finished and meet all industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of concrete setup and finishing techniques, strong communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship. The successful candidate can also demonstrate strong leadership qualities and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Layout/ square up projects using tape measure/ laser, etc.
• Excavate area, install and compact rock base
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to accomplish concrete setting and finishing tasks.
• Estimate volumes of setting materials needed for concrete projects.
• Clean up and dispose of construction waste
• Read blueprints and subcontractor plans to prepare for projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience:

• Concrete Forming & Finishing Occupations: 2 years (Required)
• Construction: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Corvallis, OR 97333: Relocate before starting work (Required)
