Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your love for dance with students of all ages and skill levels. This is a paid position that offers a rewarding opportunity to inspire and guide individuals in their dance journey. We are looking to fill a teacher for a few different classes and levels from Beginner to Advanced, and from Recreational to our Competition Team as well.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging dance lessons for students based on their age, skill level, and interests
- Teach various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, and more
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to help students understand and execute dance techniques
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and teamwork
- Assist students in choreographing routines for performances or competitions
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to plan and organize recitals, showcases, or other dance events
- Ensure the safety of students by enforcing proper dance techniques and implementing appropriate behavior management strategies

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dance Instructor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various dance styles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting and maintain discipline
- Experience in curriculum development is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is a plus
- Passion for dance and the ability to inspire students of all ages
- Certification in dance or related field is desirable
