Reviews designs, tests and assesses materials, and performs necessary data collection and calculations in areas such as traffic forecasting, soil capacity, groundwater analysis, and structure design. Being a Civil Engineer responsibilities also include estimating costs, estimating personnel and material needs, preparing proposals, and establishing completion dates. May also assist in inspecting aging infrastructure or overseeing improvement projects. Additionally, Civil Engineer requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. May require a Professional Engineer License (PE). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Civil Engineer work is closely managed. Responsibilities:
Minimum of 15 years of site design, master planning and civil engineering.
Knowledge of higher education market, willing to market for new work and manage projects/clients.
The ideal candidate is a talented and confident self-starter .
Experience in athletic facility design a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

PE required
Required Technical Knowledge:
Proficient in Master Planning, site improvement detailing, construction administration, land use and environmental permitting.
Proficient in Civil 3D and HydroCad storm water modeling programs.
Strong experience working in multi-disciplinary projects.
