**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer with either an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in land development or stormwater management.
Experience within civil engineering design, with a focus on site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with other project managers and clients to develop civil engineering designs for land development and stormwater management projects
- Prepare engineering calculations, plans, and specifications for site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management systems
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project sites and identify design constraints and opportunities
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for stormwater management systems
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including architects, landscape architects, and environmental engineers
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance as needed
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development or stormwater management
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or StormCAD
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
