Reviews designs, tests and assesses materials, and performs necessary data collection and calculations in areas such as traffic forecasting, soil capacity, groundwater analysis, and structure design. Being a Civil Engineer responsibilities also include estimating costs, estimating personnel and material needs, preparing proposals, and establishing completion dates. May also assist in inspecting aging infrastructure or overseeing improvement projects. Additionally, Civil Engineer requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. About the Position
The Civil Law Associate Attorney will join our Civil Law Practice Area Group (PAG) serving clients in Cherokee County and the upstate of South Carolina.
Civil Law attorneys start their day checking email, returning messages, checking-in with his or her assigned case manager, and preparing for court. The day will consist of court, other legal proceedings, working case related tasks, and more. The Family Law Associate Attorney will also be responsible for the following:
Our team will support the selected candidate by providing a mentor, an assigned case manager and weekly training sessions.
While previous law firm and litigation experience is preferred, all levels will be considered. Selected candidate must be a licensed member of the South Carolina Bar, in good standing.
