LPD specializes in civil site design, including erosion control, utilities, site layout, grading and paving, stormwater management, and right-of-way and utility infrastructure improvements. We work on a variety of exciting project types including educational campuses, civic facilities, parks and recreation, single and multi-family residential, mixed-use, light industrial, and commercial.
An Entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for early career professionals or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and grow within our organization. We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent and preferably an EIT certification.
Base Pay Range (not including typical bonus and benefits programs):
Entry-level position with 0-3 years of experience: $74,000 - $85,000.

We seek curious, collaborative, enthusiastic engineers with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively on several projects simultaneously. Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and stormwater modeling skills are a plus.
