As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Team Lead), you'll lead both our overnight and day shift teams, ensuring the uninterrupted continuity of facility, manufacturing, and support systems and processes. You'll represent the company as a management team member, advancing the goals of safety, quality, and productivity in a food manufacturing environment. You'll also review the efficiencies of manufacturing and support systems, make recommendations, implement improvements, coach team members, and troubleshoot various systems and machinery.

• Associates degree (A.S.) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology and/or 2-7 years of experience in food, beverage, or consumer goods in a manufacturing plant.
• Ability to supervise employees, carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Advanced skills in troubleshooting electrical systems, automated packaging machinery operation, various process equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and typical facility support systems.
