Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical service, maintenance, repairs, and start-ups for various types of blast equipment.
• Troubleshoot and debug mechanical and electrical issues.
• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, layouts, and detailed plans.
• Conduct comprehensive machine inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and customer maintenance personnel.
• Handle customer service calls and inquiries related to service or maintenance.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Identify and propose ideas for improvement, cost control, time savings, and productivity.
• Demonstrate proficiency in welding, burning, brazing, soldering, fabrication, and mechanical / electrical capabilities.
• Supervise projects and contractors as needed.
• Adhere to company principles, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-7 years of related experience, with a strong emphasis on blast wheel equipment experience.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office / Outlook.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Welding certification preferred.
• Knowledge and aptitude in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, rigging, and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) terminology.
• Ability travel 90%-100% of the time, away from the home office.
